מובן מעצמו, שהוספה והידור בלימוד התורה והמצוות מוסיפים בברכת השם בכל המצטרך, וכמה שלא תהי' טובה ההנהגה בתורה ומצוות, תמיד אפשר להוסיף, שהרי הם ניתנו מהשי"ת שהוא בלתי מוגבל.

In response to your letter from the 20th of Tishrei, may the Holy One, blessed be He, grant that from now on you will be able to write only good news—good in a visible and revealed way—about yourself and everything you write about.
It is self-understood that increasing and beautifying Torah study and mitzvah observance adds to G‑d's blessing in all one's needs. No matter how good one's conduct in Torah and mitzvos may be, there is always room to add, since they were given by the One Who is unlimited.
I am enclosing copies of my letters regarding the beginning of the year, since their content applies to all days of the coming year.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one should strive to share only good news and continually increase in Torah study and mitzvah observance. Since Torah and mitzvos are unlimited, there is always room for growth, which brings increased blessings from G‑d.
