פנימית [בענין לסדר ספריות], שכשיבואו לבקש ספר ימשיכום לשיחה (קלה) ע"ד יהדות וכו'. ובאם אפשר לסדר בהנ"ל שיהי' מקום נקי ויפה גם לשיחה נעימה וכו' - מובן שטוב לעשות כן.

The inner intent regarding arranging libraries is that when people come to request a book, they should be drawn into a (light) conversation about Judaism and related topics.
If it is possible to arrange things so that there will also be a clean and pleasant place for a pleasant conversation, it is understood that it is good to do so.
