הרמב"ן שכל המקודש יותר ישנו לעומתו קשיים גדולים יותר, ואין להתפעל מזה.
אשר למצב בריאותו – לא לקחת ללב, אולם שמירת הבריאות היא
מדרכי
ה' וחייבים בזה – וגם זה נוגע לעבודה ולשם העבודה צריכים לשמור על הבריאות.

שאנשים
הם בקרירות במקום שצריך להיות בחמימות – הרי אדרבה, ניכר מזה הרחמנות שיש עליהם, שאין יודעים תפקידם וזכותם – ואצלו צריכה להיות השמחה יתירה שיודע תפקידו וגודל זכותו.

There is no reason for him to become discouraged — we have the assurance of peace and blessing! The Alter Rebbe said that our hand will be victorious. The Ramban writes that the holier something is, the greater the challenges it faces; one should not be disturbed by this.
Regarding his health — he should not take it to heart. However, maintaining one's health is among the ways of Hashem and is an obligation — this too relates to one's service, and for the sake of service one must guard their health.
As for being affected by people who are cold where there should be warmth — on the contrary, this reveals the compassion one has for them, since they do not know their role and privilege. For him, there should be extra joy in knowing his role and the greatness of his merit.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that challenges are a sign of holiness and should not cause discouragement. Guarding one's health is essential for serving Hashem. Feeling compassion for others' spiritual coldness should increase one's own joy in knowing and fulfilling their Divine mission.
