כשא"א, מאיזו סיבה שתהי' – לקלוט התלמיד(ה) או העולה בכרם חב"ד – פשיטא שיש לעוזרם שיוקלטו במוסדות חרדיים אחרים.

In response to the letters: It is understood that from here on it is not appropriate to mediate in the disagreements among the Anash activists in your community, since it is necessary to hear all the arguments and opinions and responses, etc., and therefore they themselves—immediately—should strive to speak with each other as much as possible.
In matters where they do not reach a single opinion—they should try to divide the activities among themselves, and it is obvious that each one should have a generous eye and take pleasure in his colleague's success in his own activities.
If for any reason it is not possible to accept a student (male or female) or an applicant into the Chabad vineyard—it is obvious that one should help them be accepted into other religious institutions.
It is obvious that every activity regarding Yeshivot and Talmud Torahs etc. etc. is good and necessary; however, as I have written previously—they should not go into debt, for there have already been cases with others where things did not turn out well and their reward was lost, etc., enough said.
Similarly, Anash should not enter political parties. Enough said.

Certainly it is unnecessary to point out what our Sages say: "Salvation comes with many counselors," and as our Sages taught: "Do not judge alone—for only One may judge alone."
Summary

Supporting students' spiritual growth—even outside one's own institutions—and avoiding debt or political entanglements are essential for communal success.
