I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter, and enclosed is the response to your daughter Rachel Bati* tichyeh, which also serves as a response to the letter from group R.
As we stand in these auspicious days – 9 Kislev, 10 Kislev, and the days between 10 and 19 Kislev – may it be G‑d's will that the wellsprings spread outward. As a result, may the blessings of Hashem be spread in all that each and every Jew needs, up to a general blessing (as prophesied) as explained in the well-known letter of the Baal Shem Tov: when your wellsprings spread outward then "Malka Meshicha" (the King Messiah) will come.
