Shalom u'Vrachah!
To the participants in the celebration of laying the cornerstone for the synagogue and beis midrash in Nachalat Har Chabad, may they live.
My spiritual participation is with this aforementioned celebration, which is also another stage in the development of Nachalat Har Chabad as a place of settlement for Bnei Yisrael, especially those who immigrated from that country and with Chabad vitality. And as a place of prayer and Torah in daily life infused with the light and enthusiasm of Chassidus.
This is an auspicious day—the birthday of the Baal Shem Tov and the Alter Rebbe, Chai Elul—which brings vitality into serving "Ani L'Dodi v'Dodi Li" (I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine).
All this will further add to our holy nation's settlement in Eretz HaKodesh and on the holy mountain in Jerusalem.
