Shalom u'Vrachah!

Since in these days, and especially now, the body of a Jew is cherished—as it is written: "Eat rich foods and drink sweet beverages..." (Nechemiah 8:10; see also Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken section 603:3)—it is not advisable to enter into any of the aforementioned doubts. One should celebrate all of the month of Tishrei in their place of residence and pray in the local synagogue among fellow Jews, with the shaliach tzibbur including him as his emissary.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that during Elul and Tishrei, one should avoid uncertainties by celebrating and praying locally with the community, emphasizing both physical well-being and spiritual connection.
