ביום זה הבהיר יום הולדת וגאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר אשר מסר נפשו על הפצת התורה ומצותי' ועל טובת בני ישראל הגשמית והרוחנית, משתתף הנני בשמחתך לרגל הגיעך לעונת בר מצוה,
ויהי רצון שתקבל עליך עול תורתנו תורת חיים ומצותי' בשמחה ותקיימם מתוך בריאות ומנוחה, כי יתן ה' שלום
בארץ
. וגדול זכות התורה והמצוות להגן על הארץ ועמנו בכל מקום שהם, ולהפיל

ופחד על כל אויב וצר, וסגולה מיוחדת במצות תפילין אשר,

To each and every Bar Mitzvah boy orphaned by war and terror in our holy land—may they live long.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
On this bright day—the birthday and redemption of the holy Rebbe who gave his life for spreading Torah and its mitzvos and for the material and spiritual welfare of the Jewish people—I join in your joy upon reaching Bar Mitzvah age. May it be G‑d's will that you accept upon yourself the yoke of our Torah, a Torah of life, and its mitzvos with joy, fulfilling them with health and tranquility, as may Hashem grant peace in the land.
The great merit of Torah and mitzvos protects the land and our people wherever they are, casting awe and fear on every enemy or adversary. There is a special power in the mitzvah of tefillin; as our Sages teach, "all the nations of the earth will see that the name of Hashem is called upon you," bringing victory to those at war. Through all this you bring true nachas to your father—may Hashem avenge his blood—who from his place in the World of Truth watches over what happens with his children, taking great delight in their good conduct and rejoicing greatly when he sees them advancing from strength to strength in our Torah of truth and its mitzvos.
