ובודאי אין צורך להדגיש לאיש אשר כמוהו גודל ענין החינוך,
שהוא
כדוגמת גרעין או שתיל רך, אשר כל הטבה וטיפול יתר מביאים תוצאות באין ערוך כאשר הגרעין או השתיל נעשה אילן נושא פירות, (והוא הדין בצד השלילי, ח"ו).
ולא באתי אלא על יסוד

חכמינו ז"ל אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין, והרי אין גבול להטוב והישר שמקורם בהאין-סוף ברוך הוא.
ויהי רצון שזכות פעולותיו בחינוך בני עם קדוש בארץ הקודש יעמוד לו למילוי משאלות לבבו לטובה בכל עניניו הפרטיים, נוסף על הצלחתו בפעילותו הציבורית.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה הנני מאחל לו ולכל אשר לו ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

Through Mrs. Rachel Zamir I receive updates about your activities in the field of education in your area, as well as what you promised her regarding the kindergarten into which she invested so much energy and effort.
Certainly there is no need to emphasize to someone like you the great importance of education, which is like a seed or a tender sapling—every additional improvement and care brings immeasurable results when the seed or sapling becomes a fruit-bearing tree (and the same applies in the negative sense, G‑d forbid).
I write only based on our Sages' saying: "We urge only those who are already diligent," for there is no limit to goodness and uprightness whose source is in the Infinite One, blessed be He.
May it be G‑d's will that the merit of your activities in educating the children of a holy nation in Eretz HaKodesh stand by you for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good in all your personal matters, in addition to your success in public work.
As we approach the new year coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I wish you and all yours a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
