ותודה רבה למר בעד שימת לבבו לשלוח הספרים, ובפרט שהספרי' שלנו היא לתועלת הרבים.

, שנתקבלו לחגיגת י"ב-י"ג תמוז, שבודאי ידועה לכ' פרשת ימי גאולה אלה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו.
וכמו כל עניני זכרון בחיי עמנו בני ישראל, שהכוונה והתכלית היא שהענינים יהיו נזכרים ונעשים, כן גם חגיגת ימי הגאולה האלה שהכוונה בזה שתביא להתעוררות והוספה במעשים בפועל ברוח בעל הגאולה, שמסר נפשו בפועל ממש על החזקת והפצת התורה והמצוה בלי פשרות, למרות כל התחבולות של ממשלת זדון במדינה ההיא ובימים ההם. קל וחומר לכל אחד ואחד הנמצא בארצות הרווחה וכו', והאריכות אך למותר.
בכבוד ובברכה להצלחה לביסוס היהדות המסורתית במחנו הט' ולבשורות טובות.

Greetings and blessings! I was pleased to receive your letter delivered by Harav HaGaon and Harav HaChassid vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc., who is involved with tzt"z, Rabbi Gershon Mendel Gerlik, along with the books you sent. Thank you very much for your attention in sending the books, especially since our library serves the public good.
It is most timely that they arrived for the celebration of Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, which you surely know marks the days of redemption of our teacher and master, the Rebbe—leader of our generation. As with all commemorative matters in Jewish life, the intent and purpose is that these matters are remembered and enacted; so too with celebrating these days of redemption—the goal is to inspire awakening and increase in practical deeds in the spirit of the one redeemed, who literally gave his life to uphold and spread Torah and mitzvah without compromise, despite all schemes of a wicked government in that country and those times.
All the more so does this apply to anyone living in lands of plenty, etc., and further elaboration is unnecessary.
With honor and blessing for success in strengthening traditional Judaism in our camp, and with good tidings.
