שנה להסתלקות מו"ח כ"ק אדמו"ר ביו"ד שבט.
בקורת רוח מיוחדת קראתי דברי הערכתו את פעולות אנשי חב"ד בהפצת התורה והיהדות בקרב המוני בית ישראל בקירוב הלבבות וכולי, ובמיוחד מצאתי עידוד בדבריו בנוגע למפעלי החינוך של חב"ד בארצנו הקדושה – שרואה אני בכל אלו הזדהות אישית ושיתוף פעולה גם בימים יבואו.
ואני תפילה אשר כל אחד ואחד מאתנו, בתוככי כלל ישראל, ינצל מיטב כוחותיו וכשרונותיו לטובת אחינו בני ישראל בכל מקום שהם, ועל אחת כמה וכמה בארצנו הק', ארץ

With pleasure and heartfelt thanks, I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Tuesday, Adar I, with blessings and good wishes regarding the twentieth anniversary of the passing of my revered teacher and father-in-law, the Rebbe, on Yud Shevat.
I read with special satisfaction your words of appreciation for the activities of Chabad members in spreading Torah and Judaism among the masses of Beit Yisrael by bringing hearts closer together, etc. In particular, I found encouragement in your remarks about Chabad's educational initiatives in our holy land—I see in all this your personal identification and cooperation now and in days to come.
I pray that each one of us, within all Israel, will utilize his best strengths and talents for the benefit of our fellow Jews wherever they may be—how much more so in our holy land, a land upon which "the eyes of Hashem are always from the beginning of the year to its end"—for their true good. As our Sages say: "good to Heaven and good to people," may this be done with tranquility of soul and body, in an ever-increasing manner, with joy and gladness of heart.
May you be blessed by He Who blesses—with everything you need and for all that is yours. As it is said: "I will bless those who bless you."
