בדרכיו של בעל ההילולא אשר הורנו ולהמשיך בפעולותיו בהחזקת התורה והיהדות בלי פשרות בחיי היום, ולקרב לבות אחינו בני ישראל לאבינו שבשמים – בכלל, ובפרט על ידי ביסוס והחזקת והרחבת המוסדות אשר יסד והמתנהלים ברוחו.
ויהי רצון אשר כאו"א יעשה בזה מתוך ניצול מלא של כשרונותיו כוחותיו ויכלתו, באור וחיות חסידותיים, בשמחה ובטוב לבב, ובאופן דמוסיף והולך.
וזכות בעל ההילולא מסייעתם להצליח בכל האמור ולהמשיך ברכה והצלחה בכל המצטרך להם, הם ובני ביתם שיחיו, עד נזכה כולנו יחד לקבל פני משיח צדקנו בעגלא דידן.

With pleasure I received your telegram of blessing and heartfelt wishes in connection with the completion of twenty years since the passing of the holy Admor, leader of Israel, on Yud Shevat. My strong hope is that, as with all days of remembrance in Jewish life—whose purpose is to draw from their meaning throughout the year in actual deed, for action is primary—so too this day of remembrance, this auspicious day, will arouse and strengthen within each and every one of us, among all Israel, the desire and energy to follow in the ways of the Baal HaHilula who guided us and to continue his activities in strengthening Torah and Judaism without compromise in daily life, and to bring our fellow Jews closer to our Father in Heaven—generally, and especially through establishing, supporting, and expanding the institutions he founded and which are conducted in his spirit.
May it be G‑d's will that each one acts in this with full utilization of his talents, strengths, and abilities—with chassidic light and vitality—with joy and gladness of heart—and always increasing. The merit of the Baal HaHilula will assist you to succeed in all these matters and bring blessing and success in all your needs—for you and your families—until we all merit together to greet Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days.
