אל חיל להוסיף בהחלטות טובות ובהוצאתן לפועל, באופן שבצדק יקרא על כאו"א מהן השם – תלמידות "בית רבקה" – בית ספר וחינוך מיסודו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל,
ומובן שהאמור כולל עיקר גדול – שתהא – כאו"א מהן – כח השפעה על כל בנות ישראל, באופן ישר או בעקיפין, ע"י היותה דוגמא חי' בהנהגה יום-יומית וע"י

Beis Rivka students — may Hashem be upon them, may they live — blessings and peace!
I was pleased to receive your letters — regarding your good resolutions — from Rosh Chodesh Shevat, and in the language of Scripture: "Ba'ashtei Asar Chodesh b'Echad LaChodesh" ("In the eleventh month, on the first of the month"). May it be G‑d's will that He grant success to each one of you in bringing all your good resolutions into full realization, and may you go from strength to strength in adding more good resolutions and carrying them out. In this way, each one of you will truly merit the name "Beis Rivka students" — a school and education founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel.
It is understood that this includes a major point: that each one of you should have an influence on all Jewish girls, whether directly or indirectly — by being a living example in daily conduct and through words that come from the heart and enter the heart to have their effect. This is in accordance with the great principle in Torah: "Ve'ahavta l'reiacha kamocha" ("Love your fellow as yourself").
The merit of the tzedakah you gave — with receipts attached here — will stand for each one of you in all these matters. Especially since our Sages promised: "HaBa l'Taher (and according to the precise wording of our master the Alter Rebbe: (to purify oneself and) to purify others), he is assisted."
This has special relevance to all this with the Baal HaHilula (the Rebbe Rayatz), as is well known how much he devoted himself for the benefit of Jewish girls wherever they are, as also mentioned in the general letter to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad from Rosh Chodesh of this month.
With blessings for success in all your matters and with blessings for good news in all the above.
