Shalom u'Vrachah! In response to your letter from the 20th of Cheshvan, in which you write about a family of Chabad origin who recently immigrated to Eretz Yisrael from that country and are facing a housing problem, etc. It is well known that I am not at all pleased when people spend enormous sums, relatively speaking, just to live specifically in certain places in the aforementioned cities, even though it is easier to find suitable apartments at reasonable prices and conditions in neighborhoods of G‑d-fearing people outside those specific places. In this matter, we have recently established a settlement for immigrants from that country called Nachalat Har Chabad near Kiryat Malachi, intended for immigrants and offering the most comfortable conditions by far compared to other places in the aforementioned cities. It would be appropriate for the person you mention to contact Rabbi Ephraim Wolf (P.O. Box 46, Lod) if he is interested in settling there and wants more details.

P.S. Since everything happens by Divine Providence, and you write at the end of your letter that you are a teacher at a high school in Jerusalem (may it be rebuilt and established), I hope you use your influence to instill in your students fear of Heaven, love of G‑d, and walking in His ways without compromise. And if this is necessary everywhere, how much more so in the Land upon which the eyes of Hashem are always from the beginning of the year until its end. Surely for your honor there is no need to elaborate further.
