כיון שלא שמעתי מכת"ר שי' לאחרונה על דבר בריאותו הוא, משמע שזה בסדר.
ויהי רצון שמתוך בריאות הנכונה יעשה ויפעל בביסוס היהדות והפצתה בכל המדינה באופן דמוסיף והולך, ובפרט שזכות הרבים מסייעתו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the telegram, and I will mention your wife for a recovery at the Ohel. May it be G‑d's will that you receive good news in this matter.
Since I have not heard from your honor recently regarding your own health, I assume all is well. May it be G‑d's will that with proper health you continue to strengthen and spread Judaism throughout the entire country in an ever-increasing manner, especially as the merit of the many supports you.
Now that we are coming from the seventh month, which is blessed with all good things and whose conclusion is during our time of rejoicing in general and specifically with Simchat Torah, may Hashem grant that all your communal and personal matters be infused with the joy of Torah and mitzvah observance. May you lead your congregation beside still waters with joy and gladness of heart always, all your days.
