והרי זה גם הדרך והכלי לקבלת ברכת השם יתברך המשגיח על כל אחד ואחת בהשגחה פרטית בכל המצטרך לאדם ולבני ביתו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter, may it be G‑d's will that your ascent to our holy land—may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days through our righteous Moshiach—and your settling in Nachalat Har Chabad be at an auspicious and successful time in every detail. This includes, of course, a good arrangement both materially and spiritually together, progressing from strength to strength in Torah study (Nigleh and Chassidus) and in the fulfillment of its mitzvos, about which it is said "v'chai bahem" (and you shall live by them). This is also the way and vessel for receiving the blessing of Hashem Yisbarach, Who watches over each and every one with individual Divine Providence regarding all that a person and his household need.
And it is an explicit verse: "Bechukosai telechu" (if you walk in My statutes—that you should labor in Torah), "v'es mitzvosai tishmoru v'asisem osam" (and keep My commandments and perform them)—"v'yishavtem lavetach b'artzechem v'nasati shalom ba'aretz... v'hisalachti b'sochechem v'hayisi lachem l'Elokim v'atem tihyu li l'am" (and you will dwell securely in your land; I will grant peace in the land... I will walk among you; I will be your G‑d and you will be My people), and through this we bring closer and hasten the true and complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach. As the conclusion of that parsha states: "V'oleich eschem komemiyus" (I will lead you upright).
