שהובטחנו יגעת ומצאת, הנה ילמוד בהתמדה ושקידה נגלה וחסידות ועד לאופן שהתורה קוראה לזה יגיעה
והלימוד
יביא לידי מעשה קיום המצות בהידור. ואז תקוים ההבטחה – ומצאת.

ה"ה גם תבלין לביטול היצה"ר (והספקות שמטיל בהאדם).

... And since we have been assured "Yagata u'Matzasa" (if you toil you will find), let him study diligently and persistently both Nigleh and Chassidus, to the extent that the Torah itself calls it effort. This learning will lead to practical fulfillment of the mitzvos with hiddur (beauty). Then the assurance will be fulfilled—"and you will find." And Torah is also a remedy for nullifying the yetzer ra (evil inclination) and the doubts it casts upon a person.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true effort in Torah study—both revealed and inner dimensions—brings success and strengthens mitzvah observance. Torah itself is the antidote to doubts and negative inclinations.
