I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you requested a blessing from the 24th of Shevat, and at an auspicious time it will be read at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come), for everything you mentioned.
Surely you are keeping the three daily study portions that are equal for every soul: Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya as is well known. And surely you participated (and will participate with even greater strength) in the Tefillin campaign. May Hashem grant you success.

It is worthwhile for you to continue living in Haifa, as you are succeeding there also in spreading Judaism and its matters. It is indeed appropriate to expand your apartment—but without entering into significant debt because of this.
