In response to your letter regarding a shidduch – Scripture speaks explicitly: 'Ishah Yirat Hashem Hi Tithallel' (A woman who fears Hashem, she shall be praised). That is, the first and main condition is that the woman in question observes Torah and mitzvot in her daily life, has fear of Heaven, etc.
It is proper to check your tefillin to ensure they are kosher according to halachah.
Surely you know and observe the custom to recite the monthly Tehillim portion – as Tehillim is divided by days of the month – every day after morning prayers.
