ויהי רצון שתהא בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ולבנין בית בישראל בנין עדי עד.
מהנכון לבדוק התפילין שלו שתהיינה כשירות כדין.
ובודאי שומר הוא השלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים ותניא בכל יום, וישמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ג"כ.

In response to your letter from the 26th of Teves regarding the honorable proposal, certainly both parties—he and the mentioned young woman—have decided to establish their home in Israel on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah in daily life. Add to the young woman's name—at least thirty days before the engagement is formalized.
May it be G‑d's will that this take place at a good and auspicious time and that their home in Israel be an everlasting edifice.
It is appropriate to check his tefillin to ensure they are kosher according to halachah. Surely he observes the three daily study portions in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya every day, and he should continue to do so from now on as well.
