אויב עס האנדעלט זיך וועגען פארען מיט א עראפלאן, וועלכע פליט ארויס און קומט אן אין די וואכען טעג, אדער מיט א ניט אידישע שיף, איז דענסטמאל דאס פארען א גלייכע זאך.
און השם יתברך זאל אייך באגליקען מיט דעם פארען און אויך ביז דאן און נאך דעם, און צו האבען אמת'ן נחת וואס דאס איז אידישער נחת פון קינדער און קינדס קינדער שי'.
און דער זכות פון הצדקה (לויט דער בייגעלייגטער קבלה) זאל אייך ביישטיין אין דעם.
בברכה צו אלע גוטע בשורות אן דאס אלעס אויבען געשריבענע.

In response to your letter of 8/10 with its enclosure. May Hashem Yisbarach grant that from now on you should know no pain or distress, G‑d forbid, and only be able to report good things, with good health.
Regarding your writing about visiting relatives in Eretz Yisrael and staying there until after the Yamim Tovim. Surely you know that traveling there on a Jewish ship—which belongs to Jews and is operated and run by Jews—is absolutely forbidden; one must never travel on such a ship. It is among the gravest sins, and it is a bitter pity for those who do so without realizing the great troubles they bring upon themselves and upon Jews in general, G‑d spare us.
If it concerns traveling by airplane that departs and arrives on weekdays, or by a non-Jewish ship, then this travel is permissible.
May Hashem Yisbarach grant you success in this journey and also until then and after it, and may you have true nachas—which is Jewish nachas—from children and grandchildren sheyichyu.
And may the merit of tzedakah (according to the enclosed receipt) stand by you in this matter.
