Haraha"g Haraha"ch iy"a Rav Pe'alim laTorah u'Mitzvah, tznm"s etc., sitting in judgment, leading his community uprightly — he is none other than R. Sh. shlita. Many greetings and blessings!

Through Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n Rav Pe'alim Mohari"l shiy' Raskin I received a request for a blessing and a pan for his son Maimon shlita.

At an auspicious time he will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehavdil ben chayim mezal ziya, according to the content of the request. May it be G‑d's will that you soon receive good news regarding this matter — good that is visible and revealed.

We are now in the month of Nissan, which is the month of redemption — including redemption from all matters that disturb serving Hashem with joy and gladness of heart.

And during the days of Sefirah, where the counting is not ordinal (first, second), but rather one, two — meaning we ascend from level to level, adding on and including previous levels as well; an increase in gates of holiness as explained in the books of Chochmat HaEmet regarding Sefirat HaOmer: ascending to forty-nine gates of holiness until reaching the ultimate fiftieth gate as it says "Tisparu Chamishim Yom" (You shall count fifty days). So too may there be ascent and improvement also regarding this son's bodily health among all Israel.

As is known, how great is the virtue of a Jewish body; in the words of our master the Alter Rebbe: "And You have chosen us from every nation and tongue — this refers to the physical body." (See Sefer Tanya Kadisha ch. 49).

Your activities in holiness for the benefit of the holy institutions named after my father-in-law, at whose holy resting place this pan will be read, will stand for him as mentioned above.
