ולכתבו בנוגע לגידול וכו' שלא נתפתחו וכו'
יש לשאול הרופא המטפל, האם אין זה תוצאות מרפואת קרטיזון שלקח זה זמן רב, ואין זה רק לפלפול בעלמא כי אם נוגע לכאורה גם בהנוגע להטפול בעתיד, האם להמשיך בזה וכן בהנוגע לקביעת התרופות לתקן תוצאות האמורות כמובן.
ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה בנוגע לכל אחד אודותם כותב.
והרי באים אנו מפרשת שבוע וירא וגו' לרפאות הצריכים לרפואה, וק"ל.

Regarding what you wrote about growth, etc., that has not developed, etc., you should ask the treating doctor whether this is not a result of prolonged cortisone treatment. This is not merely a theoretical discussion but apparently also affects future care—whether to continue with it and also regarding determining medications to correct these aforementioned effects, as is understood.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news—good that is visible and revealed—regarding each one about whom you write. We are coming from the weekly Torah portion: "And He appeared... to heal those who need healing," and this is sufficient for understanding.
