ולכתבו בה שנאלץ לעשות כן - ח"ו וח"ו לומר כן. ובחירה חפשית בידו. ואף שיצה"ר רוצה לאלצו - הקב"ה עוזרו, באם ירצה הוא בזה".

And obviously—not in public school or similar (as you mention in your note). And writing that you were forced to do so—G‑d forbid to say such a thing. Free choice is in your hands. And even though the yetzer hara wants to force you—Hashem helps if you truly desire it."
