מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ"ז אד"ר עם המצורף אליו,
ובודאי עומד בקישור עם שאר הארגונים והמוסדות המתעסקים בנוגע לענין הכשרות באה"ק ת"ו ולכל לראש עם הרבנים אשר זה צ"ל מתפקידם הראשי, ואף שכאן אין ידועים פרטי החוקים בזה אבל כנראה שתוקף רשמי לדרישת הרבנים בהאמור והחלטותיהם.
וכיון שנמצא על אתר, בודאי האריכות בהאמור אך למותר, ויהי רצון אשר מני' ומינייהו יתקלס שם עילאה ויערה רוח ממרום לטהר הלבבות והמוחות (אשר לענין הכשרות גורם חשוב בזה וכידוע דברי הראשונים כמלאכים בנדון) שכאו"א מעמנו אשר גוי אחד הוא ודתיהם שונות מכל עם ודתי הארץ אינם עושים, ודוקא זהו יסוד וסוד קיומם הנצחי בכל מקום ובכל זמן, עאכו"כ בתקופתנו דדרא דעקבתא דמשיחא ובאה"ק אשר עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 27th of Adar I with its enclosure, and certainly you are maintaining contact with other organizations and institutions involved in kosher supervision in Eretz Yisrael, especially with the rabbis for whom this must be a primary responsibility. Even though I am not familiar with the specific laws there, it seems that the rabbis' demands and decisions carry official weight. Since you are present on site, lengthy discussion is likely unnecessary. May it be G‑d's will that through you and others like you, the Supreme Name will be glorified and a spirit from Above will be drawn down to purify hearts and minds (which is an important factor in matters of kashrus, as is known from the words of the early authorities regarded as angels on this topic), so that each one among us—who are one nation whose laws differ from all other nations and who do not follow the customs of the land—will uphold this. Precisely this is the foundation and secret of our eternal existence everywhere and at all times—how much more so in our era, in Ikvesa D'Meshicha (the generation preceding Mashiach) and in Eretz Yisrael about which it is said: 'the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year to year's end.'
