ובעת רצון יזכירוהו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע למילוי משאלות לבבו בכל ענינים אודותם כותב, ויהי רצון שכשם שהביא הבקשה כן יבשר טוב בזה,
והרי נמצאים אנו בחדש אדר חדש הצלחה לבני ישראל בכל עניניהם.

במענה לשאלתו - פה בשנים הכי אחרונות, ממעטים הרופאים ביותר בטיפול הלם או אינסולין, ומחליפים זה בכדורים (תוצרת שווייץ עם קצת שכלול בארצה"ב. שמות הכדורים - משתנה ממדינה למדינה וידועים לרופאים), ושבעים רצון מחילוף זה, אף שהטיפול ממושך יותר. בכל אופן עיקר - שבדרכי נועם ישתדלו שיהי' עסוק בעבודה או בענין שלא ירגיש אחריות כבדה בהם.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 9th of Adar along with its enclosure. At an auspicious time, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous and holy be a blessing for life in the World to Come), for the fulfillment of your heart's wishes in all matters about which you write. May it be G‑d's will that just as you brought your request, so too you will bring good news in this regard. We are now in the month of Adar—a month of success for the Jewish people in all their affairs.

In response to your question: Here, in recent years, doctors have greatly reduced the use of shock or insulin therapy and have replaced it with pills (manufactured in Switzerland with some improvements made in the USA; the names of these pills vary from country to country and are known to doctors), and they are satisfied with this change even though the treatment is more prolonged. In any case, it is most important that—pleasantly—they try to ensure he is engaged in work or an activity where he does not feel heavy responsibility.
