Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter. As we stand on the day after the twelfth yahrzeit of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—leader of Israel—may it be His will that just as the beginning and head of chapter twelve of the hemshech "Basi L'Gani," which my revered father-in-law taught on his day of passing, so too may the infinite Divine light be revealed below without limit. Through this will also be revealed the supernal treasury—His treasury above—which is beyond all bounds; this is the level of "Ayin lo ra'asah" (no eye has seen), and for the sake of victory in battle—above: the battle of holiness against kelipah; below: the battle of the animal soul against the G‑dly soul; to strike Egypt's firstborn—the strength and might of boundaries and kelipah—the treasury is opened and given through appointed officers who are officers of valor. The intent here is: men of valor. May all this be in manifest good and revealed blessing, as it is written: "Yiftach Hashem lecha es otzaro hatov" (May Hashem open for you His good treasury), and as we request: "U'otzarcha hatov lanu tiftoach" (And Your good treasury open for us). May all this come into actuality—even into deed—which is most important—and in its fullness as fitting: in Torah study (Nigleh and Chassidus), in prayerful service, and in observance of mitzvos.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
Summary
This letter teaches that on significant anniversaries such as a yahrzeit, one should seek to draw down infinite Divine blessings by engaging deeply in Torah study, prayer, and mitzvos—thus unlocking G‑d's supernal treasures for both spiritual victory and tangible good.
