You have been endowed with talent in this area and a unique ability to utilize it among young people—every additional effort with them is multiplied many times over when they eventually build a Jewish home of their own. This is clear and understood.

Your work in the above should be carried out with joy and strong trust as explained in the teachings of Chassidus—this increases success. After all, we have just come from our time of rejoicing—especially Simchas Torah—which is meant to draw joy into the entire year.
