Shalom u'Vrachah!

After the longest pause, your letter from the 14th of Tammuz was received. Even after reading your letter, the wonder remains regarding this lengthy interruption.

Regarding what you wrote about the necessity of order and so forth, it is surprising that there is any doubt or question about this. Especially in these days following the auspicious days—the days of redemption, the 12th and 13th of Tammuz—when it is well known how much my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel, devoted his life to education on the foundation of holiness, even when it involved real mortal danger, G‑d forbid. All the more so must one strive and invest effort in this matter when in a place where there is no danger at all—on the contrary.

Since, as mentioned above, this matter is good and necessary and the merit of the many assists them, surely there will be success both quantitatively and qualitatively—provided that they continue their work with dedication and generosity, as our Sages instruct: "You toiled and you found."

Blessings for good news in all that was mentioned and for increase both in quantity and quality—with joy and gladness of heart—in the holy institution "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak," which merited and succeeded to be established in their camp.
