ולכתבו שמציעים לעשות עוד הפעם הטיפול ע"י אינוסולין, - בכלל דבר רגיל הוא לכפול טפול האמור, אבל בזמן האחרון נתחדשו כמה שיטות חלוקות בהנוגע לטיפולים במיחוש כהנ"ל, וי"א להמשיך כמו עד עתה באינסולין וחשמל וכו', ולאחרונה מתפשטת השיטה להסתפק בכדורים ובשיחות.
ויהי רצון שהרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, ימהר רפואתה בטיפול המתאים לפני'.

... Regarding what you wrote about your daughter... may she live, at an auspicious time—I will once again mention her at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
You wrote that they are suggesting to repeat the treatment with insulin—generally it is common to repeat such a treatment, but recently several different methods have emerged regarding treatments for such an ailment. Some say to continue as before with insulin and electricity, etc., and lately there is a growing approach to suffice with pills and conversations.
May it be G‑d's will that the Healer of all flesh Who works wonders will speed her recovery with the appropriate treatment for her.

It is understood that in practice—they should act according to the instructions of the local doctor; however, they can raise (in a diplomatic manner) the above-mentioned ideas.
