תקותי הכי חזקה, אשר לעת קבלת מכתבי זה, כבר הוטב מצב הבריאות שלה, והולך וטוב, ויהי רצון שבקרוב תחזור לאיתנה לגמרי, ויבשרו טוב בזה.
ולפלא קצת, כי כנראה ממכתבו לא נתייעצו בכל הענין עם ידידנו אנ"ש שי' אשר בכאזא, שנמצאים שם זה כמה שנים, ומכירים הרופאים ומומחיותם. והרי הידידות עם אנ"ש חשובה ונוגעת אפילו כשנמצאים במצב הכי טוב, ועאכו"כ כשנזקקים לברכה נוספת מהשי"ת בורא עולם ומנהיגו. ותקותי שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא ישופר זה, ויהי' כל הנ"ל באופן הכי טוב, וגם בזה אחכה לבשו"ט.
וזכות התעסקותם בשליחות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, בודאי שתעמוד להם בכל האמור, ובהקדם.

In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh and the two telegrams. My strongest hope is that by the time you receive this letter, her health has already improved and continues to get better, and may it be G‑d's will that she soon returns to full strength completely, and that you share good news about this.
It is somewhat surprising that, as it appears from your letter, you did not consult at all in this matter with our friends Anash who are in Casablanca, who have been there for several years and know the doctors and their expertise. Friendship with Anash is important and relevant even when one is in the best situation—how much more so when additional blessing from Hashem, Creator and Leader of the world, is needed.
I hope that at least from now on this will be improved, and everything mentioned above will be in the best way possible; I also await good news about this.
The merit of your involvement in the shlichus of my father-in-law, the Rebbe—Nasi Yisrael—will surely stand by you in all of the above matters, speedily.
