ת"ח על הבשו"ט מההתעוררות אשר בארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד במחנו הט', ובודאי יעמוד על המשמר לחזק ההתעוררות עד שתבוא לידי פועל, מתאים להנקודה אודותן דובר.
כן נעם לי לקרות במכתבו אשר ישתדל ככל הדרוש וככל התלוי בו בהנוגע לביסוס והתפתחות המוסד ת"ת בית יוסף ישיבה ליובאוויטש אשר במחנם הט'.
ולפלא שכנראה חברי הועד אין לוקחים בחשבון כלל כל הקישוים שישנם במוסד כגון דא, אף שמובן שאין בזה להצדיק את החסרונות אבל בודאי שיש בזה די והותר בכדי שגם הם יתענינו יותר בהנוגע להמוסד, ויהי רצון שיצליח בהצלחה מופלגה בזה, במה שלקח על עצמו בהתלוי בו להתפתחותו וביסוסו של המוסד. ויבשר טוב בקרוב ממש.
ובמדתו של הקב"ה שהיא מדה כנגד מדה אלא שכ"פ ככה, בודאי שיתוסף, בברכות השי"ת והצלחתו בהמצטרך בכלל, ובהעיקר שהוא וזוגתו שיחיו יקבלו רוב נחת חסידותי מכל יו"ח שי' מתוך הרחבת הדעת אמיתית.

In response to your letters from the 28th of Teves. Thank you for the good news about the awakening within the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization in our camp, and surely you will remain vigilant to strengthen this awakening until it leads to actual deeds, in line with the point discussed about them.
I was also pleased to read in your letter that you will do all that is necessary and within your ability regarding the establishment and development of the Beis Yosef Talmud Torah Yeshivah Lubavitch in your camp.
It is surprising that apparently the members of the committee do not take into account at all all the difficulties present in such an institution. Although this does not justify shortcomings, certainly there is more than enough reason for them to become more interested in the institution as well. May it be G‑d's will that you succeed greatly in what you have undertaken regarding its development and establishment.
May you bring good news very soon. And since G‑d's attribute is measure for measure but many times over, surely there will be an increase in His blessings and success in all your needs generally, and especially that you and your wife should receive abundant chassidic nachas from all your children with true peace of mind.

P.S. Enclosed is my letter to Mr. Neiman, since his address is not known here, and certainly it will be beneficial if you speak with him personally to explain the point mentioned in the letter, to draw him closer to chassidus according to his situation and health, etc. And this suffices.
