מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו ממוצש"ק לך ומי"ב חשון ואחכה להמשך בשורות טובות בכל הענינים אודותם כותב, ונראה השיטה מה שמדברים ע"ד צירוף שטח, אבל לא ע"ד ביטול לגמרי של כל החלק השני, וכמו שכתבתי מאז.
מזכיר במכתבו את מר גת שי', וע"פ הרשום בזכרוני הנה לא לבד שבקר אצלי והי' נוכח בהתועדות, אלא שהבטיחני אז למסור פ"ש מההתועדות - בכפר חב"ד בזמן המתאים ובאופן המתאים. ומטובו כשיפגש אתו למסור לו פ"ש ממני, וגם להזכירו ע"ד ההבטחה האמורה, ותקותי שזוכר הנ"ל גם מה שנדבר אז בזמן ההתועדות, עכ"פ איזה נקודות. ובטח יודיע ההמשך בזה.
בודאי מכינים תכנית מפורטה בעוד מועד לנצל החג די"ט כסלו בכל אה"ק ת"ו, וביחוד בכפר חב"ד אשר שם צוה ה' את הברכה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letters from Motzaei Shabbat Lech Lecha and from the 12th of Cheshvan and I await further good news in all the matters you wrote about. The approach seems to be as discussed regarding joining areas of land, but not about completely canceling the entire second part, as I wrote previously.
You mention Mr. Gat; as far as I recall, not only did he visit me and attend the farbrengen, but he also promised me then to convey regards from the farbrengen—in Kfar Chabad at the appropriate time and in an appropriate manner. When you meet him, please convey my regards to him and also remind him about this promise. I hope he also remembers what was discussed then during the farbrengen—at least some points. Certainly you will inform me of any developments regarding this.
Surely a detailed plan is being prepared in advance to utilize the Yud Tes Kislev holiday throughout all of Eretz HaKodesh (may it be built and established), especially in Kfar Chabad where "there G‑d commanded the blessing."
