I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 25th of Tishrei, in which you write and raise the question regarding a yeshivah under the auspices of Chabad in your holy camp.

In matters such as these, you should turn to the administration of Agudas Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh (22 Feirberg St., Tel Aviv) and clarify with them the situation as it stands there.

And from the beginning of this year into which we have just entered, may Hashem grant and bring success to each one of us among all Israel to fulfill his role in this world—which is, as taught by the Mishnah: "I was created to serve my Creator"—and to fulfill this role completely, with expanded understanding and success.
