במענה על מכתבו הדחוף מכ"ח מנ"א והקודמים לו.
א) בשאלתם אם לפנות לנציגי המפלגות בעירי' כדי שיתמכו בבקשותיהם. הנה לפלא השאלה בזה, כי הרי נוהגים כך כמה שנים בענינים השונים של חב"ד שהם על מפלגתים, אף שמובן ופשוט שבית הספר שלהם צריך להיות מבלי כל זיקה מפלגתית איזה שתהי'. וכמו שכתבתי כ"פ.
ב) במ"ש אודות דיעות השונות ע"ד קבלת מורים-ות, הרי גם בזה לא השנה הראשונה היא בעינן זה. ועל כל חברי הנהלת הרשת להחליט, כי כמו בשארי עניני הנהלת מוסדות - יש לכל מקצוע מומחה בו, אבל אין הענין בדיקטטורה של יחיד- כמובן, וכנהוג בכמה מוסדות וענינים בעולם.
ג) בהנוגע לענין המזכירות שלו, הנה גם בזה תמה אני על שאלה בדבר הפשוט: אשר המזכיר ענינו לרשום ולהודיע על כל המתרחש, אבל אין מוכרח שהוא בעצמו ישתתף בכל המשלחות, הפגישות, הליכה למשרדים השונים כו' וכו'. והרי יכול לקבל הידיעות בזה מאלו שמתפקידם הוא ולכתוב. וגם זה הוא הנהוג ונוהג בכל העולם כולו.
ד) בהנוגע לבנו יוסף שמחה שליט"א, יתייעצו עם רופא מידידיהם ואם יסכים אזי יכול להתחיל לבקר בחדר, והשי"ת יצליחו עם זוגתו תחי' לגדל את כל ילידיהם שיחיו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים.

In response to your urgent letter from the 28th of Menachem Av and those before it.
a) Regarding your question whether to approach representatives of the parties in your city so they will support your requests: I am surprised by this question, since for several years this has been the practice in various Chabad matters that are not party-related. Of course, it is understood that your school must have no party affiliation whatsoever. As I have written several times.
b) Concerning what you wrote about differing opinions regarding hiring teachers: this is also not the first year this issue has arisen. All members of the network's administration must decide together; just as in other aspects of institutional management—each field has its expert—but there should not be a dictatorship by an individual, obviously, as is customary in many institutions and matters worldwide.
c) Regarding your secretarial duties: again I am surprised by a question on such a simple matter. The secretary's job is to record and report everything that happens; but it is not necessary for him to personally participate in every delegation, meeting, visit to various offices, etc. He can receive information from those responsible and write it down. This too is the accepted practice everywhere.
d) Regarding your son Yosef Simchah shlita: consult with a doctor among your friends; if he agrees then he can begin attending cheder. May Hashem grant you and your wife success to raise all your children for Torah, marriage, and good deeds.
