Enclosed are my official response letters regarding your decision at the meeting. I am somewhat surprised by your decision. Surely Mohar A. sheyichyeh Wolf told you how he traveled to conduct a fundraising campaign while he was here, as did R. M. sheyichyeh Gourarie. Certainly, you are also aware of the difficulties encountered by Rabbi Kipnis sheyichyeh and now Rabbi Heblin sheyichyeh; among them are also experts in the field of fundraising, and yet it is as previously described.

According to the information I have about the nature of Rabbi... sheyichyeh, it would seem that he is not at all suited to be a shadar (emissary) for collecting funds—especially in this country, where there are many people in every profession and area who have already become experts in this field for many years. When they are thrown out through the door, they crawl back in through the window—with a smile and pleasant demeanor, etc...
