With satisfaction and joy I received your letter which you began writing on the 19th of Teves, in which you describe how things went during the month of Tishrei and afterwards. I am very pleased to see that you have personally become convinced about the accomplishment regarding the S"Ch, and I am certain that this will serve as a lesson for you: that every Jew is a shliach (emissary) of Hakadosh Baruch Hu (the Holy One Blessed Be He), and even when it seems to him that he is weak in his physical or spiritual abilities, this is only because he temporarily forgets that he is a shliach of Hakadosh Baruch Hu, whose powers are infinite and without limit. But when he remembers that he is a shliach of Hakadosh Baruch Hu, this brings him success and also brings him literal physical health.
May Hashem grant you further good missions for long days and years, and may you fulfill them with joy and improved health, and may you be able to report good news regarding your wife's condition.
After Shabbos—Monday, the 10th of Shevat—is the yahrzeit day of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden. According to your request I will mention you and your wife for blessing, and enclosed is a short biography in Yiddish which was recently published and which will also help you in your influence among your surroundings.
Blessings for a speedy recovery for him and his wife for proper health. Awaiting good news.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that remembering one's role as a shliach of Hashem empowers one with boundless strength to succeed both spiritually and physically. This awareness brings blessings in all areas of life, including health and positive influence on others.
