והנה כתבתי מכתב לו ולשני חבריו מר שלום דובער פוטערפאס ומר שמואל דוד גורקאוו שיחיו, ובטח יקראוהו בשימת לב הראוי' ולהביא לפועל את כל הענינים האמורים במכתבי, שזה התקשרות הנדרשת. ואחכה לבשו"ט בזה.

I have written a letter to you and your two friends, Mr. Shalom Dovber Potterfass and Mr. Shmuel David Gurkav, may they live, and surely you will read it with the proper attention and bring into action all the matters mentioned in my letter, as this is the required connection.
I await good news regarding this.
