א בשורה טובה איז געווען פאר מיר די ידיעה, אז דער "ארגון בית רבקה" - תחת השגחת המרכז לעיני חנוך - האט ערווארבן נאך א בנין אין א נייעם טייל פון שטאדט, מיט דעם ציעל צו עפענען דארטן נאך א "בית רבקה" סקול, און געבן דורכדעם די מעגליכקייט פאר א גרעסערער צאל פון אידישע טעכטער - כן ירבו - צו באקומען אן ערציאונג ברוח התורה והיהדות.
דאס פארגרעסערונג און אויסברייטונג פון א וויכטיקן מוסד, איז בכלל צופרידנשטעלנד, שוין צוליב דעם ווואס עס באווייזט אויף דער לעבנסקראפט פון דעם אנשטאלט, נאך מער באגריסנסווערט איז די גרינדונג פון חנוך תורה מוסדות, אין מערער און מערער טיילן פון שטאדט, וואס דורכדעם וועט בעזרת השם יתברך געזיכערט דער גייסטיקער און פיזישער קיום פון כלל ישראל.
באזונדער צו באגריסן איז די עפענונג פון נייע אפטיילונגען פון די "בית רבקה" שולעס, וואס באווייזט אויף דעם באוואוסטזיין פון זייערע עסקנים, אז מען טאר זיך ניט באפרידיקן מיט דעם וואס ס'איז שוין עררייכט געווארן אויף דער געביט, כל זמן עס איז נאך דא איין אידישע מיידעלע וועלכע באקומט ניט איר ערציאונג, צוליב מאנגל פון א געהעריקע צאל עכט אידישע שולעס.
איך שיק מיין באגריסונג צו אלע אנטיילנעמער אויף דער חגיגה און צו אלע עסקנים פון "ארגון בית רבקה" בראש מיט הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עסקן נמרץ ורב פעלים וכו' מהור"י שי' דזשייקאבסאן, און רוף זיי אונערמידנד צו ארבעטן נאך מער און מער פאר דעם חנוך הבנות על טהרת הקדש, לויט דעם רצון וציווי פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
איך האף, אז יעדער באוואוסטזיניקער איד, מאן און פרוי, וועלן ערפילן זייער פליכט מיטצוהעלפן דעם קיום און אויסברייטונג פון די שוין עקזיסטירנדע בית רבקה שולעס און פאר דער ערעפנונג פון נייע בית רבקה שולעס.
בא א באזוך פון חינוך עסקנים בא עם, האט כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע געזאגט:
"דער אויבערשטער בלייבט ניט קיין בעל חוב, און די אלע וואס טוען און העלפען אויפן געביט פון חינוך הכשר - באצאלט זיי דער אויבערשטער בהמצטרך להם, ובפרט אין אידישען נחת פון קינדער".

ובטח וועט השי"ת בענשען אלע מיטהעלפער פון דער בית רבקה בעוועגונג, און די איינטיילנעמער פון דער צוזאמענקונפט בתוכם, בהמצטרך להם בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
It was good news for me to hear that the "Beis Rivka Organization"—under the supervision of the Central Committee for Education—has acquired another building in a new part of the city, with the goal of opening another Beis Rivka school there. This will provide more Jewish daughters—may they multiply—with the opportunity to receive an education in the spirit of Torah and Judaism.
The expansion and growth of such an important institution is always satisfying, as it demonstrates the vitality of this establishment. Even more praiseworthy is founding Torah educational institutions in more and more parts of the city, which with G‑d's help will ensure both the spiritual and physical survival of all Israel.
Especially to be welcomed is the opening of new branches of Beis Rivka schools, which shows that their leaders are aware that one must not be satisfied with what has already been achieved in this area as long as there remains even one Jewish girl who does not receive her education due to a lack of truly Jewish schools.
I send my greetings to all participants at this celebration and to all activists of "Beis Rivka Organization," headed by Haraha"ch havavac"h iy"a nu"m energetic leader and man of many deeds etc. Rabbi Y.Y. Jacobson, and I call upon them tirelessly to work even more for educating girls in purity and holiness, according to the will and instruction of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden.
I hope that every conscious Jew, man or woman, will fulfill their duty by helping maintain and expand existing Beis Rivka schools and support opening new ones.
During a visit from educational activists among our people, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden said: "The Alm-ghty never remains a debtor; all those who act and help in kosher education—the Alm-ghty pays them what they need, especially true Jewish nachas from their children." The words of tzaddikim are alive and enduring forever.
Surely Hashem will bless all those who assist in the Beis Rivka movement—including those participating in this gathering—with everything they need materially and spiritually.

The Rebbe highlights how expanding Torah education ensures both spiritual and physical continuity for our people. Supporting such institutions brings blessings from Hashem—especially true nachas from children—and every Jew should take part in this vital mission.
