I received the letter from the second of Adar. Certainly, Reb Yitzchak Dubov conveyed what I told him about this when he was here. I mentioned those who signed there when I was at the Ohel on the day of the passing, which is the 25th of Adar.
From a copy of a handwritten note in Sefer Yemei Bereishit page 104, and it is an addition to letter 574 in volume three above, in the copy sent to Moreinu HaRav Avraham Sender Nimtzov. Additional letters to him are above in volume seventeen and in note 456, and as referenced in the notes there.
Dubov: see also above volume three in the margin of letter 575, which is an addition in the copy sent to Moreinu HaRav Dubov. What I told him: see "Yemei Bereishit" page 84.
