ביום זה הוא יום "ראשית הגז" של בנו שי', הנני לאחל אשר כל ברכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א יקויימו במילואן, והוא וביתו יחיו יגדלו את בנם לתורה חופה ומעשים טובים. ובמהרה בימינו בעגלא דידן יוחזרו מתנות כהונה על מכונם, בבנין בית המקדש ועינינו תחזינה.

On this day, which is the "Reishis HaGez" (first shearing) of your son Shai', I wish that all the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, be fulfilled in their entirety. May you and your household raise your son to Torah, marriage, and good deeds. And may it be speedily in our days, in our time, that the gifts to Kohanim will be restored to their place with the building of the Beis HaMikdash and our eyes will behold it.
With regards from his father-in-law Haraha"ch etc. Harav D. Shai' HaLevi (and as written by the Arizal z"l based on "VeHaKohanim HaLeviim," that today's Leviim will be Kohanim in the future; "that the world will be elevated" – Tanya chapter 50) and regards to all his household.
