Shalom u'Vrachah!

It is surprising that there has been no news from you regarding your arrangements for livelihood, which is also a commandment of our Torah, the Torah of Life. A person must engage in matters of livelihood through actual action. Moreover, the Mechilta says that this command is similar to a positive mitzvah. See Kuntres U'Maayan chapter 25 on how action is specifically required in our world—the world of action.

Since this is necessary, it is certain that the powers and possibilities have been given for this [which further increases the necessity for practical action so these abilities are not left unused, G‑d forbid]. I hope these lines will suffice to awaken you regarding all the above and that you will act with the required energy. I will be brief and await good news about this, may it come soon.

It is certainly unnecessary to elaborate that as stated above—and generally in Jewish life—things must be organized in an orderly fashion. This is specifically a holy conduct [as opposed to its opposite where there is no order or calculation, etc.]. I mean order in all matters: rising from sleep, learning Torah (both revealed and Chassidus), eating and drinking, etc.

And most importantly—of course—in matters of relationships at home, for peace between husband and wife is great; then the Shechinah dwells among them.
