ולדעת בדיוק זמן נץ החמה שקיעת החמה בפועל, יש לראות הלוח היו"ל מטעם החברה האוסטרונומית דצרפת, שהרי מומחים הם במקצוע זה ונאמנים, אלא שהם מציינים שקיעת החמה בפועל, שלא תמיד הוא שקיעת החמה ע"פ שו"ע, ואכמ"ל.

To know precisely the time of sunrise and sunset in practice, you should consult the calendar published by the French Astronomical Society, as they are experts and trustworthy in this field. However, they indicate the actual sunset, which does not always correspond to the halachic sunset according to Shulchan Aruch—and this is not the place to elaborate.
