איך בין געווען צופרידען צו באקומען די ידיעה פון דעם ועד המסדר, וועגען דער התועדות וואס איר האט איינגעארדענט, אין פארבינדונג מיט די ימי הסגולה ימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, באפרייאונג טעג פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, און וואו עס האט זיך גערעט דברי תורה, חזרת מאמר דא"ח און אויך דברי התעוררות.
און השם יתברך זאל העלפען אז נאך פילע פילע יארן זאלט איר איינטייל נעמען אין דער איינארדנונג פון אזעלכע התועדות'ן, און מ'זאל נעמען פון זיי - ווי ס'איז דער צוועק פון יעדער חסידות'שע התועדות - די התעוררות אויף א גאנץ יאר, צו טאן אין ענינים פון אידישקייט תורה ומצות מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב מיט חסידות'שע התלהבות.
און מ'זעהט דאך, אז אפילו נאר איינער, ווען ער וויל אויף א אמת און טוט אין דאס אויבען געזאגטע, איז ער מצליח אין יעדער שטאט און מדינה וואו ער זאל ניט זיין, און בפרט אז ס'זיינען פראן נאך מיטהעלפער, וואס דענסטמאל איז דאס נאך מער בהצלחה.
בפ"ש צו די אלע וועלכע האבען זיך באטייליגט אין דער התועדות ובברכה אז בתוך כלל ישראל זאלען מיר אלע זוכה זיין צו דעם קיום היעוד וועלכעס איז צוגעזאגט געווארען פון זכרי' הנביא בשם ה', און דאס זאל זיין בקרוב, צום הרביעי וגו' יהי' לבית יהודא לששון ולשמחה ולמועדים טובים (זכרי' ח', יט).

I was pleased to receive the news from the organizing committee regarding the farbrengen you arranged in connection with the auspicious days of redemption, Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz—the liberation days of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel—where words of Torah were spoken, a maamar of Chassidus was reviewed, as well as words of inspiration.
May Hashem help that for many, many years you should continue to participate in organizing such farbrengens, and that from them—as is the purpose of every chassidic gathering—we should draw inspiration for the entire year to act in matters of Judaism, Torah and mitzvos with joy and gladness of heart and with chassidic enthusiasm.
And we see that even one person who truly desires and acts on what was mentioned above succeeds in every city and country wherever he may be—especially when there are additional helpers; then there is even greater success.
Personal regards to all those who participated in the farbrengen, and with blessings that among all Israel we should merit the fulfillment of the promise given by Zechariah the prophet in the name of Hashem—and this should be soon—that "the fast of the fourth... shall be for the house of Judah for joy and gladness and cheerful festivals" (Zechariah 8:19).
