במענה למכתבו מיום השני ושלאחריו, בו כותב אודות ענין לימוד אומנות המילה כניסה לבריתו של אברהם אבינו בקשר להמצב באיזה ארצות אירופא.
ות"ח על שהעיר שימת לבבי על זה ואשתדל לברר המצב בהאמור וכן בקשר להצעתו בזה.
ויהי רצון מנותן התורה ומצוה המצוה, שיביא הבירור לקיום מצוה זו בהידור בכל הפרטים.
והרי היא המצוה שקבלו עליהם בשמחה ועדיין עושים אותה בשמחה (שבת קל, א) ומצוה תמידית היא מצוה הנמשכת בכל רגע וכמרז"ל בהנוגע לדוד מלכא (מנחות מג, ב) וראה ג"כ ספר המצות לאדמו"ר הצמח צדק, עיין שם היטב מצות מילה.
בטח יודע מפרשת חג הגאולה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל, י"ב וי"ג תמוז.

In response to your letter from Monday and the following day, in which you write about learning the art of milah—bringing children into the covenant of Avraham Avinu—in connection with the situation in certain European countries.
Thank you for drawing my attention to this matter; I will endeavor to clarify the situation as mentioned, as well as regarding your suggestion on this topic.
May it be the will of the Giver of Torah and Commander of mitzvos that this clarification will lead to fulfilling this mitzvah in a beautiful manner in all its details.
This is a mitzvah that was accepted with joy and is still performed with joy (Shabbos 130a), and it is a constant mitzvah—one that continues at every moment—as our Sages said regarding David HaMelech (Menachos 43b). You surely know about the redemption festival of my father-in-law, Admor zatzal nbg"m zy"a, leader of Israel—12th and 13th Tammuz.
