אשר בכל השייך לבני ישראל, יחדיו יהלכון,
שהרי ישראל גוי אחד הם בארץ, ממשיכים האחדות בכל עניניהם ועד לענינים הארציים, וכביאור חז"ל על הכתוב בכל דרכיך דעהו.
וימלא השי"ת משאלות לבבן לטובה, לנצל כשרונותיהן אשר חוננו בהן, והידיעות אשר רכשו בלימודן להמשיך מתאים, לעלי' לדרגא נעלית יותר בכל המובנים,
לרוב עונג ונחת אמתי, הוא נחת חסידותי של ההורים, המורים וההנהלה שליט"א.
והרי הימים ימי סגולה, ימי גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, וכתוצאה מזה - גם גאולת כל אחד ואחת מהשייכים לעניניו בתוככי כלל ישראל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 5th of Tammuz requesting a blessing and pan in connection with your completion of your studies at Beis Rivka in Kfar Chabad. May it be G‑d's will that your graduation take place at a good and successful time—both materially and spiritually together. In all matters pertaining to the Jewish people, they go together, for Israel is one nation in the land; they draw unity into all their affairs—even into worldly matters—as explained by our Sages on the verse 'Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu' (In all your ways know Him).
May Hashem fulfill the wishes of your hearts for good: to utilize the talents with which you have been endowed and the knowledge you have acquired in your studies to continue appropriately—to ascend to an even higher level in every respect—for much true pleasure and nachas, specifically chassidic nachas for your parents, teachers, and administration sheyichyu.
These days are auspicious days—the days of redemption of the Rebbe Rayatz, leader of Israel—and as a result also redemption for each one connected with his matters within all of Israel.
