ולפלא שאינו מזכיר כלל אודות התעסקות בעניני שידוך וע"פ התקוה חזקה שבאופן המתאים ע"פ דרכי תורתנו בדרכי צניעות יעשה בזה במרץ המתאים, והשי"ת יצליחו,
בו כותב אודות הנחת תפילין דר"ת - ונכון הדבר ובפרט בקדש הדרכת יראת שמים ואורחות חיים חסידותים במושפעיו שי'.
ולכתבו אודות געגועים וכו' העיקר בזה כבכל עניני איש הישראלי ע"פ מאמר רז"ל במשנתם, המעשה הוא העיקר כוונתי שהנ"ל יביא להוספה בתורה ומצות בכלל ובמצוה שהוא צ"ל זהיר טפי, מלאכתו בקדש השפעתו וכנ"ל, וק"ל.
בודאי מתכונן לחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל ויהי רצון שיקח מהתעוררות דימי סגולה אלה על כל השנה.

In response to your letter from the 6th of Tammuz, it is surprising that you do not mention at all any involvement in matters of shidduch. Based on strong hope that you will act in this area with proper enthusiasm and according to the ways of our Torah in a manner of modesty, may Hashem grant you success.
You write about putting on Tefillin of Rabbeinu Tam—it is correct to do so, especially in a place where you are guiding others in fear of Heaven and chassidic ways among those you influence.
Regarding your writing about feelings of longing, etc.—the main thing here, as in all matters for a Jewish person according to the saying of our Sages in their Mishnah, is that action is paramount. My intention is that these feelings should lead to an increase in Torah and mitzvos generally and especially in the mitzvah which you must be particularly careful with—your holy work and influence as mentioned above. This is clear.
Certainly you are preparing for the Festival of Redemption—Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz—which are approaching. May it be G‑d's will that you take inspiration from these auspicious days for the entire year.
