וכיון שהנ"ל בא בהמשך לשיחתנו בעת שנפגשנו, הרי בטח זוהי גם הזדמנות להזכיר ע"ד נקודה עיקרית שנגענו אז בה אודות ניצול כשרונותיו וידיעותיו שלו להפצת התורה הנגלה והחסידות גם יחד, שהרי תורה אחת היא
שאם בכל הזמנים ובכל המקומות נצטוינו על אמור עאכו"כ בתקופתנו זו בעקבתא דמשיחא, וכידוע אגרת הקדש של הבעש"ט, שלכשיפוצו מעינותיו חוצה קאתי מר דא מלכא משיחא, ובמדינה זו שרואים במוחש שנעשית מרכז של עמנו בני ישראל, לא רק מרכז גשמי כי אם גם מרכז רוחני וד"ל.
שלכן האחריות וביחד עם זה גם הזכות של כל אחד שהיכולת בידו לעשות בזה, ולעשות בסגנון חז"ל כדבעי למיעבד, והרי ידוע שעם כל ציווי התורה הרי גם היכולות ניתנה למלאות הציווי, ובפרט בכהנ"ל שזהו זכות הרבים.
ויהי רצון שבעמדנו בזמן חירותנו, חירות מכל הענינים המבלבלים, כן יהי' בהאמור, וינעם לי להתבשר טוב בזה.

I acknowledge receipt of the book Divrei Shaul, which you published—thank you very much. Since this follows our conversation when we met, it is certainly also an opportunity to mention the main point we touched on then: utilizing your own talents and knowledge to spread both the revealed Torah and Chassidus together, for it is one Torah. If in all times and places we were commanded regarding 'emor' (say), how much more so in our era of Ikvesa d'Meshicha (the footsteps of Mashiach), as is known from the holy letter of the Baal Shem Tov: 'When your wellsprings will be spread outward, then the master will come'—and in this country it is tangibly seen that it has become a center for our people, Bnei Yisrael—not only a physical center but also a spiritual one—and that should suffice.
Therefore, the responsibility—and along with it the privilege—of everyone who has the ability to act in this area is great; and to do so in the style of our Sages as is fitting. It is known that with every commandment of the Torah comes also the ability to fulfill it—especially in matters such as these which are a merit for the many.
May it be G‑d's will that as we stand in 'the time of our freedom,' freedom from all confusing matters, so too should it be regarding what was said above. I look forward to hearing good news about this.

Summary
