...To write regarding the matter of the mouth—to note from Yerushalmi Berachos chapter 1 halachah 2, two opinions of Rashbi, and from the Arizal: Pesach—Peh Sach (“the mouth speaks”), three reasons.
The letter is to Rabbi Shalom Soferin, the Admor of Komarna, and was written on the margin of his letter from the month of Adar. From its content it appears to have been written before Pesach. Additional letters to him—see above letter 7627 and those referenced in its notes.
