במענה למכתבו מג' אדר.
ת"ח על כתבו עכ"פ בקיצור אודות שבת דתורת החסידות במחנו הט'. ורצוני לבטוח שהרושם טוב אודותו כותב יפעול פעולתו מתאים לרצון רבותינו נשיאינו שהתועדויות ומסיבות כגון זה, הנה נוסף על גודל הענין מצד עצמו, צריכות להביא הוספה בעניני תורה ומצות, ומתאים לדבר משנה - המעשה הוא העיקר.
ופשוט שאין כוונתי לדרשה בעלמא, כי אם שבתור תושב המקום יעשה התלוי בו בכיון האמור. ובזה להשפיע על אחרים שגם הם ישתדלו להשפיע על אחרים, טופח על מנת להטפיח, והרי הובטחנו הבא לטהר מסייעין אותו.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, והוא בכלל, מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
לשאלתו האם להשתדל בדבר בוא בן אחיו שי' ומשפחתו לאה"ק ת"ו, מובן שנכון הדבר, אלא שלכל לראש צריך לברר האם מסכימים הם לזה. שהרי הכוונה לעשי' בהנ"ל באופן לעגאלי וצריך שיקבל הסכמתם. ואופני ההשתדלות ידועים בסביבתו, כי כמה וכמה עשו כהנ"ל והצליחו, וכמדומה שישנם גם משרדים המשתדלים בהאמור, ויודעים באיזה סגנון טוב יותר לנסח את הבקשה, והרי אין חכם כבעל הנסיון.
לכתבו בענין הסכסוך שלו, מובן שצריך לעשות כדעת עו"ד היודע לא רק החק הכתוב, כי אם - תגובת השופטים שהרי לפעמים זוהי המכריעה.
ויהי רצון שיעצוהו כטוב באמת, ויבשר טוב, והרי נמצאים בחודש אדר, שכל יום ויום נצטווינו להרבות בשמחה.

In response to your letter from the 3rd of Adar. Thank you for writing at least briefly about the Shabbat of Chassidus in our camp. I would like to trust that the positive impression you wrote about will have its effect according to the will of our Rebbeim and Nesi'im: that gatherings and events like this—beyond their inherent greatness—should bring an increase in Torah and mitzvos. As the Mishnah says: action is the main thing.
And it is clear that my intention is not just a sermon; rather, as a resident of the place, you should do what depends on you in this direction. In this way you will influence others so that they too will try to influence others—'to touch in order to cause touching.' We have been assured: 'One who comes to purify is assisted.'
At an auspicious time all those you write about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), including yourself as fits with your letter's content.
Regarding your question whether to try to bring your nephew and his family to Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), it is understood that this is proper; but first it must be clarified if they agree to it. The intent is for them to come legally and their agreement must be obtained. The ways of pursuing this are known in your area since many have done so successfully; apparently there are also offices that help with this matter and know how best to phrase such requests—there is no one wiser than someone with experience.
Regarding what you wrote about your dispute: obviously you should act according to the advice of a lawyer who knows not only written law but also judges' reactions—which sometimes are decisive. May it be G‑d's will that he advise you well and that you share good news; after all, we are now in Adar when every day we are commanded to increase in joy.
